You should not feel any shame or shy to express your preference because it is the matter of your life. So mention that you prefer a thin girl in your ad in a polite manner.

Just write a list of physical attribute you look for like: prefer someone who is asian, dark hair and slim.
By using the word PREFER you are not saying no to other types and its more subtle.
Who cares what others think - you are entitled to your preferences. I wrote that i prefer tall guys in my profile.
