Tips For A First Date
The dating secrets I’m about to share with you are quite different from what most people believe. It’s not about going for dinner and being a perfect gentleman.
Don’t let that shock you.
While advice like that might be superb for building friendships with people, dating is about something else altogether. By contrast, dating is about creating a feeling of attraction in the woman you are with. And in order to triumph, your approach needs to change.

These 5 first date secrets will help you make a fresh and positive impression:
1) Don’t Have Dinner
Understand this. For the first date, you need to keep it fun. This way she’ll connect up the feeling of enjoying herself with spending time with you.
And by doing something that is adventurous, this will be far easier for you to achieve. More often than not, heading out for dinner is a terrible idea for a first date. For a start, if the restaurant is empty, then the atmosphere is often stale and dull. There’s also the added risk of you not getting on with each other, and having to sit through a whole meal wishing you weren’t there.
Hardly an enjoyable experience.
Far better to use this advice and take a different approach. For example, play a game of pool, meet for a chat over coffee, or head out to a party together, where the atmosphere will be more lively.
2) Don’t Buy Her Gifts
Definitely do NOT bring a gift of chocolates or flowers when meeting for the first date. Giving gifts makes it seem you need to ‘buy’ her affection and time, and that you place her far above yourself in terms of value and importance.
Avoid that at all costs!
Remember that you have absolutely nothing to prove to her on a first date. Simply show up ready to have fun and enjoy yourself.

3) Avoid Trying to “Impress”
Doing everything you can to impress a woman is a bad idea on a first date. It can be neatly summed up by a psychological principle called “The Law of Reversed Effect”. In a nutshell, this law means that trying to force yourself into impressing a woman will more likely end up a miserable disaster.
Forget any imagined pressure, and just relax and enjoy yourself.
4) You’re Not “Walking On Egg Shells”
Just like number “3”, nearly all men are much too keen for a woman to like them. For instance, if a woman responds negatively to something he says, he’ll usually backpedal and change his statement for something more acceptable.
Don’t ever do this.
Any effort to “play it safe” will be seen as lame and spineless by the woman you’re with. Not an attractive quality. You’ll make a much better impression by showing a willingness to lead the conversation with confidence.
5) End A First Date ‘Early’
This final tip needs some explaining. Especially if the date has gone well. You want to make sure the date finishes at a point where she’s really having fun.
What’s the reason for this?
Well, by leaving ‘early’ she’ll be full of great feelings about the date, thinking about you and all the fun you had together, and she’ll be ultra keen to meet up with you again.
So there you have it. Five tips for first date success. Give them a whirl and enjoy the results!
